Who we are
NewsNetWide is a product of Mellizos Services, a sole trader business run by Riccardo Murgia in Malta. We are the data controller for this website. Contact: info@mellizosservices.com.
What we collect
- Beta sign-up: your email address; optionally your first name and the stocks or markets you follow; how you’d like to receive the brief (email, Telegram or both); whether you ticked the newsletter box; when you gave consent; where you came from (for example “tiktok”); your browser language; and your country as detected by our host.
- Abuse protection: a one-way hash of your IP address combined with the date, kept for one hour to limit repeated sign-ups. We never store your IP address itself.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t build profiles.

You can withdraw consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.

Where a provider transfers data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. [Confirm per provider.] We never sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Beta sign-ups are kept until NewsNetWide launches and for up to [6 months] afterwards, unless you become a user or ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. Rate-limit hashes are deleted after one hour.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email info@mellizosservices.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to Malta’s supervisory authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date above. Material changes are announced by email to people on the list.
